I met Dr. Sheena at a community event. Her personality is fun and professional with a dash of old world wisdom which immediately relaxed me as she introduced herself with confidence and warmth.
I had begun to experience severe pain in my left kidney traveling down my body into my left hip, a set back in my life I could not afford. My experience with medical professionals has been extensive and unsuccessful when treating lower back pain, but the warmth of Dr. Sheena gave me hope.
My past experiences created doubt that my pain could be relieved and I waited an additional 2 weeks before contacting Dr. Sheena regarding my situation. By this point I had seen a general medical doctor who had ruled out any infections. My pain had increased to an excruciating level and my ability to work or walk was extremely compromised.
I made an appointment with Dr. Sheena. The warmth of her personality, coupled with the old world wisdom, creates a bedside manner of understanding and compassion I truly had not experienced from a medical professional.

Care from Dr. Sheena is a combination of nutrition, exercise, gentle adjustments and exams. Re-evaluating my progress and physical response to her care; Dr. Sheena listened to my words as well as examining my body and evaluating my improvements in range of motion.
