Daily headaches?

I am a registered nurse and mother of 5.  One of my children has special needs.  Before receiving Dr. Sheena's chiropractic care, I had headaches everyday.  My backaches were constant, I was tired, had difficulty sleeping, and had poor foot circulation.

After becoming one of her chiropractic patients, I feel light and energized.  I have no headaches, the back pain is gone, and I sleep through the night now.  My foot circulation has improved also.

I am so excited for how much better I feel!  I had expected only to have my back pain relieved, not head to toe improvements!  I grabbed a whole stack of Dr. Sheena's business cards to keep in my bag, but I will have to grab some more, because I think I have handed them all out!

A good guy finds a good chiropractor...and smiles to tell the story!

I am 71 years old, and I have had back problems since 1967, when my oldest son was born.  I spent over 23 years in the U.S. Army in Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Virginia, Washington D.C., and California.

Before coming to see Dr. Sheena, I suffered with many headaches, neck pain, pain in my mid and lower back, and arthritis pain in my wrist.  I could not move without pain in my back, hips, and legs, no matter what I did.  Just going up and down stairs created major back pain, and my hips and legs felt like cement blocks and poles.  I had a hard time sleeping, too.

Now, after only a few weeks of care, everything has improved!  I still have low back pain, but it is not as intense as before, and continues to improve.  Since Dr. Sheena began treatments, my wrist doesn't hurt anymore, I'm walking and riding in the car better, and I feel more relaxed.  Can you believe that I am sleeping better, have lost 6 pounds and grown 1/16", too?  I almost can't believe it myself.

I will keep going to Dr. Sheena as long as I can.  She does not jump or fall on you, or use a bunch of force during her adjustments that would make you wish you were somewhere else during her treatments.  She is very gentle and caring about you and your problem or condition.

Hello,

I don't want to waste too much of your time, but I want to share a short version of my story.

I am 77 years old, and I was afraid to ever visit a chiropractor until I visited with Dr. Sheena at her office.  I was in such pain that I could not get out of bed to even get to the bathroom.

Years of trial and error lead woman to Colfax, CA's Dr. Sheena

I've moved a lot so have had a number of chiropractors in many places.  My on going issues have been lower and upper back pain, neck pain, wrist and arm pain, and pain in my pelvis, hips, and gluteus maximus.  Prior to coming to Dr. Sheena I had 20 physical therapy sessions and probably as many osteopathic adjustments.  Dr. Sheena's treatments have helped me like no other was able to.
